Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in mechanical, electronics, automation, computer, or related fields
  • More than 3 years of AOI/SPI experience, with rich experience in AOI/SPI yield improvement
  • Familiar with PCBA production processes, electronic component parameters, and proficient in electronic circuit analysis
  • Familiar with any 2-3 of the following equipment: Omron, VI, Jutze, Saki, Viscom, KohYoung
  • Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong team cooperation spirit

Responsibilities

  • Daily adjustment and optimization of AOI and SPI production programs
  • Assist other technicians with programming skills training, program compilation acceptance and assessment, and production of new model programs for AOI/SPI equipment
  • Statistical analysis of AOI/SPI equipment test data, and assist production line in improving product quality
  • Daily maintenance and care of related process equipment (AOI/SPI, etc.)
  • Use standardized methods to continuously reduce missed detections and false judgments in AOI/SPI, achieving unmanned operation for AOI/SPI
  • Daily maintenance of test equipment and programs, and use SPC, MSA, and other analysis methods to improve product quality and production efficiency
  • Assist engineers with evaluation, benchmarking, and related work for new equipment machines
  • Train internal relevant operators on AOI/SPI related knowledge and skills
