Requirements

Associate degree or above in mechanical, electronics, automation, computer, or related fields
More than 3 years of AOI/SPI experience, with rich experience in AOI/SPI yield improvement
Familiar with PCBA production processes, electronic component parameters, and proficient in electronic circuit analysis
Familiar with any 2-3 of the following equipment: Omron, VI, Jutze, Saki, Viscom, KohYoung
Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and sense of responsibility
Strong team cooperation spirit

Responsibilities

Daily adjustment and optimization of AOI and SPI production programs
Assist other technicians with programming skills training, program compilation acceptance and assessment, and production of new model programs for AOI/SPI equipment
Statistical analysis of AOI/SPI equipment test data, and assist production line in improving product quality
Daily maintenance and care of related process equipment (AOI/SPI, etc.)
Use standardized methods to continuously reduce missed detections and false judgments in AOI/SPI, achieving unmanned operation for AOI/SPI
Daily maintenance of test equipment and programs, and use SPC, MSA, and other analysis methods to improve product quality and production efficiency
Assist engineers with evaluation, benchmarking, and related work for new equipment machines
Train internal relevant operators on AOI/SPI related knowledge and skills
