Responsibilities

Liderar o time de Ciência de Dados responsável pelo desenvolvimento de modelos e soluções de IA voltados à prevenção e detecção de fraudes em múltiplos canais e produtos do banco
Definir estratégias de modelagem e frameworks analíticos para aprimorar a acurácia e a eficiência dos modelos antifraude
Garantir a governança e qualidade dos dados utilizados em modelagens e análises, em parceria com times de engenharia e governança de dados
Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, tecnologia e risco, traduzindo necessidades em soluções analíticas de impacto mensurável
Priorizar backlog de projetos, acompanhar métricas de performance e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico e de carreira do time de cientistas de dados
Promover inovação contínua, avaliando novas técnicas, ferramentas e abordagens (como machine learning em tempo real, deep learning e explainable AI)
