- Höfliches und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Kunden
Responsibilities
- Wartung und Instandhaltung von Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungsanlagen in Industrie- und Verwaltungsgebäuden
- Einbau und Anschluss von sanitären Einrichtungen wie Waschbecken, Toiletten, Duschen und mehr
- Betreuung und Optimierung von Trink- und Brauchwasseranlagen sowie technischen Versorgungsanlagen für verschiedene Medien
- Durchführung von Reparaturen an Leitungen und Geräten sowie Anfertigung von Teilen in der Werkstatt nach Maß
- Bearbeitung von Rohren, Blechen und Profilen aus Metall oder Kunststoff
- Erstellung von Verlegeplänen
- Mitwirken im Notdienst
