Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional Android native development experience
Excellent English communication skills
Strong understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines
Deep understanding of camera functionality and performance optimization
Experience with Java and Kotlin
Familiarity with MVP architecture, Compose, REST APIs, and Git
Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM or Kanban)

Responsibilities

Build and optimize a high-performance Android SDK that processes camera frames efficiently for Incode’s ML libraries
Contribute to the migration of the SDK from Java to Kotlin while maintaining and improving MVP architecture with RxJava
Participate in Git feature workflow by creating and reviewing pull requests to ensure clean, maintainable code
Engage in bi-weekly sprints and daily standups as part of the agile team
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure performance, user experience, and product stability
Optimize the SDK to remain lightweight and compact without sacrificing performance
