Responsibilities

Zorgen voor een veilige, hoogwaardige en tijdige uitvoering van analyser onderhoud- en projectactiviteiten door middel van: werken volgens plan en escalatie indien nodig; rapporteren van de dagelijkse voortgang en verzorgen van de uitvoeringsadministratie; zorgdragen voor overdracht in het veld met relevante partijen (bv. aannemer, productie enz.); registratie en uitvoering van jobreserveringen
Uitvoeren van root cause-analyse op defecte apparatuur
Tijdige uitvoering van eigen onderhoudstaken volgens de PM-plannen in SAP (gedetailleerde planning van deze taken wordt door de technicus zelf gedaan)
Uitvoeren van de eerste analyse van storingsmeldingen op locatie. Tijdelijke oplossingen implementeren waar mogelijk en de permanente oplossing initiëren (bijv. het starten van de TMOC-procedure)
Technische verbeteringsvoorstellen doen om de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, levensduur en kosten van apparatuur te verbeteren
Deelnemen aan verbeteringsinitiatieven/projecten zoals overeengekomen met de teamleider
Testen en in bedrijf stellen van installaties
Uitvoering van onderhouds- en projectwerkzaamheden op alle analyzers op de site in de Botlek, inclusief correctief en preventief onderhoud aan analyseapparatuur

What education and experience are required for the Analyzer Technician role?

A completed MBO level 4 education in a technical field such as (Analytical) Chemistry or Electrical Engineering is required, along with about 5 years of experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in analysis and/or instrumentation. Knowledge of analyzers (mainly in-line and GC analyzers), EAM systems, and experience with SAP is preferred, plus good command of Dutch and English and problem-solving skills.
