Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of SQL experience, 1 year of JavaScript experience, and 1 year of data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, Mode Analytics, or Sisense. Experience with ETL/data engineering, data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake, and familiarity with Salesforce, BigQuery, DBT, and Zendesk are also required. Experience in a Sales or GTM organization, with knowledge of common sales models, is necessary. Bonus points are given for experience with Grafana visualization, consumption modeling financial metrics, production model development, and proficiency in Python/Spark/Scala.

Responsibilities

The Analytics Manager will develop reliable and scalable dashboarding, tooling, and reporting for sales and operational teams. They will create repeatable models for Go-To-Market planning and performance assessment, and partner cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include optimizing information design within the GTM technology stack, preparing analysis and insights for senior leadership, defining data models for system integrations, and managing ad hoc data analysis and QA support requests.
