Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being preferred. They must have at least 8 years of experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within an analytics environment. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required, along with proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or Java. Experience with data warehousing technologies and ETL processes is also essential.

Responsibilities

As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and maintenance of Analytics Engineering solutions for the data domain group, ensuring the delivery of data and BI programs. You will oversee the creation and enhancement of data and BI solutions, understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will manage a portfolio of projects, develop digital training and development programs, and contribute to the development of budget plans. Furthermore, you will manage digital talent development, conceptualize elements of digital strategy, lead in detecting and analyzing cybersecurity incidents, and communicate the actions needed to implement the function’s strategy within the team.
