Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, data analytics, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • Proficient in AI and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Background in operations, analytics, or pest management programs (preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and vendor coordination (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in creating aesthetically pleasing presentations (PowerPoint expertise required)
  • Experience in data storytelling and business reporting (preferred)
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Fully onsite in Bentonville, AR

Responsibilities

  • Pulling and analyzing data to identify trends and creating actionable reports
  • Developing a clear vision for reporting and analytics to support business objectives
  • Telling a compelling story with data, presenting insights in a way leadership can easily understand and utilize
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Reviewing financial impacts related to pest issues (birds, rodents, infestations)
  • Monitoring and reporting on pest-related incidents and infestations throughout the year
  • Maintaining regular communication with stores and business units to gather data and provide updates
  • Lead the PEST team supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club
  • Transform data into actionable insights and manage reporting processes that drive operational decisions
