Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplines (overseas graduates welcome)
  • 1+ years of experience in banks, financial institutions, financial investments, or Big 4 audit firms (advantage; fresh graduates considered)
  • Proficient in interpreting financial and contract terms with excellent English writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • CFA qualification (advantage but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute in appraising company or asset values using the income, market, or asset-based approaches for transactions, financial reporting, or tax purposes
  • Conduct business analysis and financial instrument valuations, prepare necessary reports in accordance with valuation standards
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support valuation analysis
  • Perform equity and industry research, including management interviews and site visits
