Requirements

  • Experience in programming (Python, R, Java, PowerShell, VB / VBA, PL/SQL and O365 power platform)
  • Proven experience in fine-tuning and deploying ML/LLM models in production environments
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)

  • Experience working with financial datasets and understanding of finance domain concepts
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines (additional)
  • Knowledge of enterprise finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) (additional)
  • Exposure to GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) (additional)
  • Experience with prompt engineering and copilot UX design (additional)

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other ML models for finance-specific use cases such as forecasting, risk analysis, and anomaly detection
  • Evaluate and improve model performance using domain-specific datasets and metrics
  • Design and embed sophisticated AI copilots into finance workflows to enhance decision-making, automate routine tasks, and improve user experience
  • Collaborate with finance SMEs to understand pain points and translate them into intelligent assistant capabilities
  • Drive the design and implementation of autonomous AI agents capable of goal-directed behavior, contextual reasoning, and adaptive learning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate agentic capabilities into enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, safety, and alignment with business objectives
  • Lead experimentation with multi-agent coordination, tool use, and memory architectures to enhance agent performance and autonomy
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs to expose AI/ML capabilities across platforms and services
  • Contribute to the evolution of a scalable API-first architecture for AI services
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, finance, automation, and product to deliver impactful solutions
  • Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and bring innovative ideas to the team
