Requirements

  • Domínio de SQL e ferramentas de visualização (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase ou similares)
  • Experiência prévia com análise de dados e performance, preferencialmente em áreas de risco, fraude ou produtos financeiros
  • Entendimento de métricas de fraude (taxa de aprovação, falso positivo, chargeback, risco residual etc.)
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com grandes bases de dados e construir análises end-to-end
  • Conhecimento em Python para análise e automação de relatórios
  • Experiência com modelagem estatística, machine learning ou score de risco (diferencial)
  • Conhecimento sobre ferramentas de antifraude, KYC e identidade digital (diferencial)
  • Vivência em ambientes com arquitetura distribuída e pipelines de dados modernos (BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka etc.) (diferencial)
  • Familiaridade com LGPD e boas práticas de governança de dados (diferencial)

Responsibilities

  • Criar e evoluir dashboards e modelos analíticos que monitorem performance de fluxos de autenticação e prevenção à fraude
  • Analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificar padrões suspeitos, tendências de ataque e oportunidades de otimização
  • Apoiar a priorização de estratégias de mitigação de risco baseadas em dados e performance
  • Trabalhar em parceria com times de Produto, Engenharia, Segurança e Risco para estruturar indicadores e testar hipóteses
  • Propor e medir experimentos A/B e análises de impacto de novas regras, modelos e ferramentas
  • Traduzir resultados técnicos em insights claros e objetivos para diferentes públicos (operacional, executivo e técnico)
