Candidates need at least 4 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot, especially in microservices development, experience with reactive environments like Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor, and MongoDB including data modeling, queries, and optimization. They must also be able to interpret functional requirements and propose suitable solutions.

The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, and individual circumstances. Being located in Catalunya and knowledge of spoken and written Catalan is positively valued but not essential.
