  • Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Contabilidade, Direito, Economia, Análise de Tecnologia da Informação, Administrador de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas
  • Pós-Graduação em Gestão Financeira, Gestão de custos, Análise de Risco Financeiro, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas (desejável)
  • Excel intermediário (pelo menos)
  • Power BI (visualizador, pelo menos)
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de treinamento
  • Experiência em melhoria de processos, especialmente criação, acompanhamento e controle de indicadores operacionais
  • Experiência com suporte a auditorias
  • Criação de painéis em Power BI (desejável)

Responsibilities

  • Modificar bases de dados complexas em Excel sobre treinamentos
  • Operar sistemas de treinamento (APLAT, SIRH), para cadastro e atribuição de necessidades
  • Comunicar com as áreas clientes, para atendimento às demandas de treinamentos
  • Apresentar reuniões estruturadas sobre treinamentos
  • Acompanhar o desempenho das gerências de clientes, por meio de painéis de business intelligence (indicadores)
  • Preparar relatórios gerenciais sobre a execução dos treinamentos
  • Mapear e melhorar processos e controles de treinamento
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações sobre treinamentos
