Requirements

  • Estudiante universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de tesorería, contabilidad o finanzas (preferible)
  • Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Microsoft Excel
  • Manejo de plataformas bancarias, conocimiento en el ciclo de proveedores y solicitudes bancarias tales como: apertura de cuentas, actualización de la información a bancos, etc
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva
  • Persona con mucha atención al detalle, sentido de urgencia y altos valores
  • Perfil proactivo, organizado y con fuerte atención al detalle

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a reclamos ante entidades bancarias, vinculados a procesos de devolución de fondos
  • Supervisar y resolver tickets generados por el área de Servicio al Cliente, garantizando una atención oportuna y eficiente
  • Controlar y documentar adecuadamente las devoluciones realizadas a clientes
  • Confirmar pagos efectuados a proveedores, asegurando precisión y oportunidad en el proceso
  • Gestión y seguimiento de tickets relacionados con devoluciones, comprobantes de pago, depósitos y confirmaciones de pagos
