- Ensino superior completo (engenharia, administração, ou áreas correlatas)
- Certificação PMP válida e atualizada
- Experiência comprovada com mapeamento e reestruturação de processos de gestão de projetos
- Conhecimento das diretrizes da ISO 21500 e das práticas do PMBOK
- Habilidade para elaboração de diagnósticos técnicos e relatórios executivos
- Excelente capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e foco em resultados
- Vivência anterior em ambientes industriais ou no setor de óleo e gás (diferencial)
Responsibilities
- Realizar mapeamento e revisão crítica dos processos atuais de gestão de projetos voltados às grandes manutenções
- Conduzir diagnóstico técnico e metodológico, identificando pontos fortes, fragilidades e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos existentes
- Propor recomendações e ajustes com base na norma ISO 21500, com foco em aumentar a eficiência, controle e governança
- Elaborar relatório técnico consolidado, com plano de ação estruturado e aderente às melhores práticas internacionais
- Atuar como agente de transformação, promovendo o alinhamento entre os processos internos do cliente e os padrões do PMI
