Responsibilities

Proporcionar apoyo al equipo de ventas en cuestiones relacionadas con el almacén
Ayudar a resolver los problemas de los clientes
Realizar recuentos de inventario e identificar discrepancias
Proporcionar servicio al cliente al equipo de ventas de Arrow en cuestiones relacionadas con la recepción, la preparación de pedidos, el envío, la manipulación especial, la programación y las consultas
Ayudar al almacén o al centro de programación a resolver problemas, incluyendo cuestiones de agilización, cambios en los envíos y cambios de valor añadido
Cancelar y cambiar pedidos a petición del vendedor, comprobar el estado de los pedidos, preparar la documentación RTS y procesar los envíos seguros
Realizar recuentos RACI
Realizar comprobaciones de existencias
