Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client projects, understanding their needs and working with Project Managers to develop tailored service solutions
  • Support annual project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, regulatory standards (e.g., GLP/GMP), and operational capabilities
  • Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including system onboarding, consulting service quotations, purchase orders, payments, and delivery tracking
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, analyzing service performance metrics and client satisfaction
  • Assist Project Managers in cost control, including budget tracking, revenue/cost reconciliation, and profitability analysis
  • Coordinate with lab teams, IT, and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives to enhance service efficiency (e.g., lab workflow optimization, digital tools implementation)
