Responsibilities

  • Support the organization in identifying risks and implementing corresponding actions, controls, and procedures for mitigation
  • Provide advice on corporate, divisional, and regional policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper execution of policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and comply with requirements for quarterly SOX certification
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for the annual SOX program (narratives, samples, and verification)
  • Participate in the organization and execution of annual physical inventories
  • Develop and validate action plans for findings identified by Internal Audit or other areas
  • Conduct reviews of processes and/or risk areas to support identification and implementation of improvements
  • Update and/or develop robust procedures as required
  • Monitor and follow up on key/critical inventory transactions
