Position Overview
Remote VA PH is seeking a highly experienced Amazon Account Manager to oversee and optimize client operations on Amazon's private label platform. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes, and listing optimization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a proven history of managing Amazon accounts from initial product launch through sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Private Label Management: Manage all facets of private label products on Amazon, including product launches, ongoing optimization, and daily operational tasks.
- FBA Shipments & Logistics: Prepare and coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and effectively resolve any issues related to inventory, warehousing, and Amazon receiving centers.
- Shipment Reconciliation: Track and reconcile all shipments to maintain accurate records, recover lost inventory, and initiate reimbursement claims as necessary.
- Case Management: Handle all types of Seller Central support cases, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining proper documentation for future reference.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, adhering to SEO best practices, integrating relevant keywords, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Content Writing: Craft compelling, keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- A+ Content Management: Design and publish Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) to improve customer experience and boost sales.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to increase traffic and maintain competitive product rankings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Google Sheets to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing private label products on Amazon.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating focus and initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Must possess 2 monitors for efficient multitasking.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection.
- Functional webcam for virtual meetings via Google Meet.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience managing Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creative asset management.
