Experiencia previa en industria considerando el manejo seguro de los siguientes equipos: Montacargas Peacer, Doble Reach, Patineta, Order Picker
Cumplimiento al programa anual de entrenamientos
Cumplir con entrenamiento regulatorio o aquél que le permita mejorar sus funciones

Responsibilities

Atender los requerimientos de diferentes unidades o dependencias en cuanto al suministro de materiales indirectos, producto, equipos y otros rubros de un depósito o almacén, recibiéndolos, clasificándolos, codificándolos, despachándolos e inventariándolos
Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización
Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Vantive y código de conducta
Implementar el código de conducta de Vantive, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros
Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Vantive en el país/clúster
Manejo y operación segura de montacargas tipo Peacer, Doble reach, Patineta, Order picker y/o otros equipos de manejo
Reportar novedades e incidentes de equipos, montacargas, PE, carros satelitales y otros de infraestructura
Conocer y seguir las actividades de su puesto de acuerdo con los procedimientos de operación del área
Cumplir con las actividades dentro de un marco regulatorio de acuerdo con las Buenas Prácticas de Documentación, Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación y/o Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento
Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad e higiene industrial
Responsable de ejecutar todos los procesos de surtido, almacenaje, distribución, inventario y transacciones correspondientes en los sistemas informáticos de gestión, con estricto apego a los PNOs, EHS y cualquier regulación aplicable
Descarga del producto nacional e importado, así como la segregación y trapaleo del producto dañado
Correcto rackeo y almacenamiento del producto
Considerar indicadores de desempeño de acuerdo con objetivos del área/líder
Cumplir con las expectativas de liderazgo asignadas de acuerdo con la posición
