Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to read regulations and manuals
  • Basic PC skills
  • High communication skills, positive attitude towards things, not afraid of change, and high motivation to challenge new things
  • Experience in life/non-life insurance industry or financial industry welcomed
  • Sales experience or consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively propose and act to achieve the center's goals, in collaboration with the center manager and colleagues
  • Strengthen relationships with assigned agencies and team sales staff's agencies, and improve performance
  • Plan and implement sales promotion measures, business efficiency measures, and quality improvement measures
  • Conduct agency guidance and management using phone, mail, FAX, email, web conferencing systems, and visits as needed (e.g., administrative processing guidance, application form collection and distribution)
  • Handle compliance and complaint responses
  • Execute maturity management and sales performance management
  • Act as a mentor to staff, gather on-site issues and proposals, and propose to superiors
