Responsibilities

  • Lead teams as a subject matter expert in respective fields, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including department members, to improve business outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Utilize various statistical databases (e.g., DWH, premium rate DB) to provide data and analysis requested by departments, contributing to company growth and profitability
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, loss ratios, and profitability to support profitable company growth
  • Work cross-functionally with teams centered on auto insurance and personal fire departments to provide data and analysis support for various projects, accelerating project benefits and enhancing business value
