Requirements

Proven experience in leading and mentoring AI and Software engineering teams, and defining and building applications and POCs
Experience integrating AI into existing systems for different solutions (E.g: creating chatbots or performing image evaluation)
Strong understanding and experience with AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
Expertise in designing secure and scalable AI system architectures
Experience managing projects through entire lifecycles
Exceptional problem-solving abilities in AI-related technical challenges
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts
Hands-on experience in coding and software integrations

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams in the development of AI-driven solutions
Utilize deep practical experience with various AI models and frameworks to inform design and implementation strategies
Design scalable, performant, and secure architectures for AI systems
Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, including conceptualization, deployment, and maintenance
