Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience with foundational AI models, large language models, or self-supervised learning techniques
  • Experience in building large-scale AI solutions, including generative models and multi-modal AI applications addressing segmentation, detection, and classification challenges
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A
  • Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, workshops, and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, with a focus on LLMs and generative models, to automate and optimize clinical and operational workflows across structured and unstructured data sources (e.g., EHRs, imaging, production data)
  • Take ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing key customer delivery metrics and KPIs, ensuring that AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Establish benchmarks for performance and accuracy through thorough statistical analyses
  • Develop and implement robust prototypes that transition high-performance AI algorithms into scalable, product-ready solutions
  • Remain updated with industry advancements by exploring and analyzing the latest algorithms and competing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to effectively integrate AI capabilities into core integrated supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs, focusing on optimizing customer service delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. Apply insights to maintain a competitive edge in healthcare supply chain innovation
