Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, internal databases)
  • Experience working with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), or fine-tuning LLMs
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design and Build AI Agents: Develop AI-powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes, improve decision-making, and enhance employee productivity
  • Prototype & Experiment: Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g., using LLMs, embeddings, or fine-tuning models) to solve real business challenges
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with business leaders to identify use cases, scope technical requirements, and integrate solutions with internal systems
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights, model behaviors, and inform strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate & Scale: Measure the impact of deployed AI tools, refine models, and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Track emerging technologies in generative AI, automation, and data science, recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them
