Have a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Have proficiency in Python/JavaScript for prototyping, scripting, or data handling
Have experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex)
Have the ability to quickly read and synthesize technical papers
Possess great communication skills, interest in teaching others and can explain complex technical topics clearly
Have experience building web based demos using Streamlit, Gradio, or Vercel

Responsibilities

Staying on top of the latest AI trends, academic papers (ArXiv), and open-source projects. Act as a filter to identify technologies relevant to our product roadmap
Building standalone, proof-of-concept demos using Python (Streamlit, Gradio, etc.) to visualize innovative ideas and test technical feasibility
Sharing your knowledge. This is a core part of your role. You will digest complex technical concepts and present them to the wider engineering and product teams through internal tech talks, white papers, and demo sessions
Designing experiments to compare model performance, latency, and output quality to guide our decision-making
