  • Have proficiency in Python/JavaScript for prototyping, scripting, or data handling
  • Have experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex)
  • Have the ability to quickly read and synthesize technical papers
  • Possess great communication skills, interest in teaching others and can explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Have experience building web based demos using Streamlit, Gradio, or Vercel

Responsibilities

  • Staying on top of the latest AI trends, academic papers (ArXiv), and open-source projects. Act as a filter to identify technologies relevant to our product roadmap
  • Building standalone, proof-of-concept demos using Python (Streamlit, Gradio, etc.) to visualize innovative ideas and test technical feasibility
  • Sharing your knowledge. This is a core part of your role. You will digest complex technical concepts and present them to the wider engineering and product teams through internal tech talks, white papers, and demo sessions
  • Designing experiments to compare model performance, latency, and output quality to guide our decision-making
