Requirements

Experienced in AI product development and enterprise AI strategy
Ability to establish relationships with leaders across the business (individual contributors, managers, directors, VPs) and external partners
Experience acting as a team lead for Product Development Manager resources
Expertise in driving prioritization across portfolios and managing VP+ escalations
Serve as main content authority in AI Product Development, including design within Architecture, Engineering, Strategic Planning & IT
Ensure on-scope and on-budget delivery of product portfolio objectives
Skills in business requirements definition and prioritization
Experience driving cohesive end-to-end solutions
Representation of Product in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Program Planning sessions
Full testing of strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Leadership: Partner in stakeholder relations through core team, define delivery timelines, direct core team activities, track performance, maintain alignment with programs and portfolio goals
Communicate across core team, report status, risks, and issues consistently
Enforce roles and standards across core team members
Communicate status, escalate issues, and assist with solution definition at senior leadership level
Thought Leadership: Provide leadership for short-to-mid-range product development planning
Serve as business and technical product expert in product development
Vet requirements and define optimal development approach
Prepare product requirements documents (PRD)
Identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate on enhancements to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce costs
Solve challenges impacting product development progress or success
Lead prioritization and acceleration of time to market
Rely on experience, judgment, and business relationships to plan and accomplish goals, with creativity and latitude
Communication: Draft communication plans for each product development initiative
Communicate program status frequently based on project criticality
Run structured meetings with agendas, notes, and action items
Make presentations using appropriate tools
Program Management: Define and drive projects per agreed-upon development plans
