Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations (Must To Have)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of AI model deployment and monitoring
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in developing and optimizing machine learning pipelines

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster a collaborative environment
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in AI and machine learning to improve project outcomes
Develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality
Apply GenAI models as part of the solution, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing
