Requirements

Minimum 15-18 years of experience, with specific experience in Large Language Models (must-have)

Proficiency in Large Language Models
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools
Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions
AI-first mindset with deep knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities

Develop applications and systems utilizing AI tools, Cloud AI services, with production-ready cloud or on-prem pipelines
Apply GenAI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing in solutions
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Provide solutions to problems across multiple teams and business areas
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements and objectives
Engage with multiple teams and make team decisions
Mentor junior professionals in best practices and emerging technologies
Align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization
