Skill in Tech for Operations - Data Architecture Principles
Ability to define the platform Data Architecture Blueprint for client deployments across SaaS, Client Instance, and Hybrid archetypes
Ability to translate business and process requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models that integrate seamlessly with platform modules
Ability to develop data reference architectures, including ingestion, storage, transformation, and access layers
Ability to partner with Enterprise Architect Leads to design end-to-end data flows and integration strategies that connect ERP, CRM, and third-party systems
Ability to embed AI and analytics readiness into the architecture — ensuring data is structured for reasoning, forecasting, and automation use cases
Availability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
Create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Make decisions that have a major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
Manage large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
Be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations
Provide innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results
Work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions
