Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, along with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle, from data gathering to model deployment
  • Strong practical experience in building and deploying AI Agents
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experienced with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, particularly in MLOps
  • Strong understanding and ability to work with LLMs and know their limitations
  • Strong experience in evaluating and testing LLMs/AI Systems
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
