Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, along with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle, from data gathering to model deployment
Strong practical experience in building and deploying AI Agents
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experienced with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, particularly in MLOps
Strong understanding and ability to work with LLMs and know their limitations
Strong experience in evaluating and testing LLMs/AI Systems
Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
