Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience as an ML engineer, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java are required, along with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn or Keras. A deep understanding of statistics, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture is necessary, as are strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and NLP or computer vision is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The AI/ML Engineer will design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve user experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with data engineers on data and model pipelines, conducting data exploration and feature engineering, and implementing machine learning models into production with optimization, scaling, and API integration. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating ML system performance, staying current with AI/ML technologies, documenting and presenting model development, and working with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Optimizing existing ML systems for stability and performance is also a key duty.
