Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, applied sciences, or a related field, and a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field is preferred. They must have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with hands-on experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, and in-depth knowledge of current machine learning algorithms, AI technologies, and platforms. Experience with data engineering/processing frameworks like Databricks, Spark, and Dataflow, and proficiency in SQL are also required, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

The AI Engineer will lead efforts to leverage existing AI models and frameworks to solve complex business challenges, conducting the full cycle of data modeling and algorithm development, including training, tuning, validating, deploying, and maintaining services. They will perform data analysis and offer insights to inform business decisions across multiple domains, adhering to data privacy and security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI and data science solutions. Furthermore, they will document and communicate technical designs, processes, and best practices, and take charge of projects ensuring timely completion in a dynamic work environment.
