Responsibilities

Build services to ingest data from sources like Github, Slack, and Confluence
Deploy and use reasoning models like Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct
Identify and implement improvements to core foundations (e.g., clearing performance bottlenecks for scalability)
Ensure systems are efficient, maintainable, and well-monitored
Building AI-powered features for the product
Working with users to understand their needs
Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI tools and models
Deploying and maintaining AI services
Contributing to the overall architecture and design of the system
