Technical expertise in advanced analytics, ML/DL models, data engineering pipelines, AI & Data product integration, MLOps best practices, and tools
Ability to work under supervision of technical leads and with customer representatives
Capability to resolve technical issues independently within technical area and collaborate on cross-technology issues

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned tasks within the project lifecycle
Understand the company's technology portfolio and deliver technical designs that meet customer requirements
Develop advanced analytics and ML/DL models, implement data engineering pipelines, integrate AI & Data product ecosystem, apply MLOps best practices and tools, and contribute to AI and Data technical solutions with moderate risk/complexity
Work under supervision of the technical lead and with customer representatives to accomplish tasks
Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers
Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within area(s) of technical responsibility
Provide technical consulting during project presales discussions
Resolve technical issues independently within technical area; work with team on cross-technology assignments or complex issues
Balance internal needs with customer needs within defined parameters
Identify additional services that could lead to future service revenue growth
Manage smaller projects/programs in the team
Provide technical contribution/leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs
Contribute to company’s solutions portfolio through information and knowledge sharing, including technical expertise and methodologies from customer projects
Help shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers
Generate and cultivate new business opportunities and provide technical support for deal proposal development
Work closely with Service Sales Specialists and Sales Account Teams to drive company growth and act as a trusted advisor to customers
