Own the full integration lifecycle for major customers — from gathering requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Design, build, and maintain healthcare data integrations to ensure real-time, reliable data exchange and accelerate customer go-live timelines
Develop reusable components and integration templates to reduce delivery time and improve implementation consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and precision
Lead creation of deep integrations between Hippocratic AI agents and healthcare systems (EHRs, care management platforms, exchanges) to fit into clinical workflows
Oversee API and middleware development for scalable, secure data sharing
Collaborate directly with clients and offshore integration teams on architecture, timelines, and technical execution
Ensure all integrations meet healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, ONC Cures Act, TEFCA)
Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable technical architectures
