Valid driver’s license with ability to travel independently
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with exposure to elements, dust, and high noise
Ability to work hours beyond normal, including weekends
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Minimal job-related experience and basic skills to perform routine tasks under close supervision or clearly defined procedures

Scout fields and make recommendations with assistance from supervisor
Conduct and analyze results of soil and tissue sampling
Perform field applications and inventory control of feed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
Assist in product deliveries to customers with timeliness, efficient communication, and required paperwork
Expand knowledge on the operations side of a retail farm center
Complete all responsibilities in compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures
