Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or technical areas
  • Very good knowledge of automotive systems and interested in technical literatures
  • Intermediate English (Mandatory writing and reading)
  • Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Technical drawing experience
  • Ability to keep the standards and to improve (Innovation is a need for this role)
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Product Engineering and Marketing in order to develop the content of Owner’s Manual and glove box literature
  • Develop OM content for each program launches for GMSA
  • Analyze new, modified and carryover OM content for programs launched in South America and the ones surrogated by GMSA Aftersales Engineering
  • Validate vehicle feature and operation to best inform our customers how they work
  • Audit translation to Brazilian Portuguese for OM published in Brazilian market
  • Author owner’s manual in English language in the Global Service Authoring System (GSA)
  • Develop illustration in global standards for Owner’s Manual
  • Author technical content for dealers’ technicians
