  • Track visitors across the site and apps and map their behavior
  • Map user retention
  • Analyze factors influencing retention using cohort analyses, correlation analyses, data visualization, and more
  • Report on the impact of specific product improvements
  • Conduct deep dives into data to answer specific questions
  • Provide suggestions for solutions based on generated insights
  • Actively contribute ideas to the development of the NU.nl website and app
  • Periodically report on important metrics
