Requirements
- Located in Bengaluru, Hosur, Thiruvallur, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Pune, Aurangabad, or Chennai
- Preferable to have own clinic/counselling place in a commercial complex or poly clinic
- Well versed in conducting sessions in English and Hindi, and any other local/native language
- Proficient with mobile phone & computer apps (WhatsApp, MS Office, Webex, MS Teams, Google, Zoom)
- Excellent organizing skills and English communication skills (spoken, written, verbal)
- Excellent telephone/online manner
- Willing to learn, takes initiative, and self-motivated
- Masters in Counselling / Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person counselling sessions
- Post available slots on the online portal (Connected Calendar portal) for clients to browse and select
- Complete data entry and updates on the internal system within 24 hours of session or before end of duty hours
- Apply late cancellation fee for sessions cancelled less than 5 hours before scheduled time
- Send confirmation/reminder emails 24-48 hours prior to sessions, requiring client acknowledgment; cancel if no response (no late fee)
- Schedule follow-up sessions 8-10 days after the first session (discuss exceptions for risk/emergency cases with Clinical Case Manager)
