Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Connecticut)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Connecticut. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, Thriveworks is dedicated to helping people live happy, successful lives. Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Connecticut:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • LPC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Residency: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Connecticut.
• Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Adaptability: Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Teamwork: Enjoy being part of a team and collaborating for professional development.
• Self-Management: Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Connecticut.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and ethical practice.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of client sessions.
• Collaborate with team members for professional growth and client support.
• Potentially grow into leadership or supervisory roles.

Compensation

• Up to $104,100 annually, depending on licensure, sessions rendered, and bonus opportunities.
