Responsibilities

  • Ownership of project delivery: Serve as trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of projects (kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation, data visualizations); effectively communicate with stakeholders to present outcomes and recommendations; build deep expertise on statistical/AI/ML techniques combined with strong knowledge of commercial pharma business
  • Project management and leadership: Set up processes for continuous high-quality delivery (e.g., agile/scrum); support team of data scientists/ML Ops and implement upskilling plans; coach/mentor and develop pipeline of data science talent; contribute to inclusive community of analytics practitioners
  • Strategic growth and thought leadership: Strategize on key opportunities/whitespaces and expand data science-driven business solutions; interface with cross-functional partners (data engineering, analytics, IT) for efficient models and high-impact projects; network with industry experts/external consultants to develop/test/implement new data science approaches
