Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related equivalent
3 years experience in software development
2 years experience in supporting at least 2 of Coverity, Plastic SCM, GIT/GERRIT, Jira, Confluence
Experience handling and performing related tasks within the ServiceNow platform
Experience in the development of automated configuration management processes and procedures (preferably in the automotive industry)
Experience in automation/scripting in BASH, Python and similar
Energetic team player with strong communication and people skills
Curious and eager to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4-8 years of experience

Responsibilities

Ensure the tools are running efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Provide technical support to development teams
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure users can effectively utilize the tools
Work closely with the Architecture team to design and implement continuous service enhancements
Create a knowledge repository of runbooks, support guides etc. to aid pro-active support to users
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to integrate and optimize tool usage
Participate in meetings and discussions to continuously improve tool implementation and usage
