Requirements
- BSc in related subject
- Norwegian and English Language Skills
- Experience working in offshore field environment
- Experience working on the Norwegian continental shelf
Responsibilities
- Monitoring drilling parameters (surface system parameters)
- Operation of downhole tools (MWD/LWD)
- Performing Pressure Evaluation duties as per client well programs, if required
- Performing engineering programs as requested by client
- Input at the wellsite of geological and engineering data
- Ensuring QA of data is of the required level
- Prepare and QA, Surface Logging well Reports
- Ensuring effective communication with other members of the crew, client representatives offshore and onshore coordinator
- Monitoring and evaluation of drilling and well parameters in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate fleet of downhole measurement and logging tools while drilling
