The compensation range is from $299,000 to $384,000 per year, with generous ‘above market’ compensation, unlimited/uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus, and a new cash incentive bonus.
Is this a remote or hybrid role, and what are the work arrangements?
This is a hybrid role with 100% outpatient work, flexible full-time or part-time schedules (20 hours week+), no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. Offices are located in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah.
What qualifications and skills are required for this Adult Psychiatrist role?
Candidates must be fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry with an unencumbered DEA, and experienced in both medication management and therapy. Bi-lingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
