HS diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a health care environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test (for Carelon Health business units)
Ability to work onsite full-time at 4745 Ashford Dunwoody Rd. Suite D, Atlanta, GA 30338 (candidates not within reasonable commuting distance not considered unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

Oversee patient check-in, registration, and checkout
Oversee staff and processes for check-in, including verifying charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics/eligibility updated, and current forms utilized
Listen and respond to patient and/or family members' concerns
Respond to patient questions and complaints, routing issues to appropriate personnel
Analyze daily administrative operations and utilization of resources
Assist in Medic user issues
Ensure proper cash controls are in place and policies/procedures are followed
