HS diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of lead/supervisory experience in a health care environment (or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background)
Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test (for Carelon Health business units)
Ability to work on-site full-time in Lubbock, TX (candidates not within reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

Oversee patient check-in, registration, and checkout processes
Verify charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics/eligibility is updated, and current forms are utilized
Listen and respond to patient and/or family members' concerns
Respond to patient questions and complaints; route issues to appropriate personnel
Analyze daily administrative operations and utilization of resources
Ensure proper cash controls are in place and policies and procedures are followed
