Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant administration experience, particularly within the construction industry (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Nice to have: Australian Healthcare experience

Responsibilities
- Assisting the pre-construction team with administration activities
- Liaise with external partners to coordinate client selections
- Processing client selection quotes from external partners
- Ordering quotes and requesting information for client builds
- Assist with progressing new home builds through the pre-construction journey
- Completing data entry of client tenders
