Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing process support or precision deburring of machined parts
- Experience in operating complex equipment (nice to have)
- Skilled with manual machining, welding, cutting, fitting and/or bending of stainless steels, aluminums, and high-strength nickel alloys (nice to have)
- Ability to utilize power tools, hand tools, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment (nice to have)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs unassisted (nice to have)
- Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time (nice to have)
- Must be available and willing to work overtime when needed (nice to have)
- Safety conscience (nice to have)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and monitor machinery such as wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, bandsaws and handle metal powders
- Post process printed parts including depowering, precision cleaning, removing supports, and surface-finishing
- Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline post processing operations to enable mass production
- Help turnover builds, ensuring powders, tools, and equipment are available at all times
- Assist with visual inspection and shipment of final parts
