Requirements

Deep technical expertise in additive manufacturing processes
Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, powder handling, and post-processing
Familiarity with AM machines and related equipment

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain AM machines according to established procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
Perform all core AM tasks including powder handling, sieving, depowdering, heat treat, bandsaw, and media blast
Follow process documentation to ensure part and process quality standards are met
Conduct in-process checks and support process improvements
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safe handling of materials and equipment
Maintain detailed notes on key shift events, communicating clearly with the next shift
Provide informal guidance and support to less experienced technicians
Act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting common AM machine or process issues
Support onboarding of new technicians by demonstrating proper procedures and safe practices
Share expertise and help coach team members on tools, workflows, and basic troubleshooting
Assist in updating and maintaining training materials and work instructions
